A more personal internet

I really do like the idea of things being less big corporate entities, and more tiny groups of people coming together. The problem is, I don't really talk much to people, online or off. I prefer to just be quiet and watch. Watching is fantastic, I learn a whole lot about a lot of things, but at no point do I get to be part of that. Sometimes the only way to truly understand a thing is to get involved. So I will try and post. Occasionally, and hope someone sees it and appreciates the effort.
